Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring that all labels are intact and the product is well-protected for transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
